It's a bug. You can basically just ignore it and pick up Summon Widow anyways, it'll just incorrectly mark it as red in the power selection section instead of green.

i16 Mid's is showing me that the new powers in the Ancillary and Patron pools do not count towards the two powers you must take to get the final power in the pool, e.g. Soul Tentacles + Darkest Night will not allow me to pick up Summon Widow.
I assume this is a bug, am I correct?
