Friday or Saturday Static Team...?

Considering my situation with school, I usually only play on Friday evenings and Saturday afternoons. But, lately, I've been having trouble finding teams on toons that I actually want to play. I'm re-rolling my Traps Defender soon, so I thought I might as well see if there is any interest in starting up a static team for Friday evening or Saturday afternoons...Maybe both?

I suspect the team would run for about two hours at each session; more or less, depending on how the "Possibly Interested"s feel. I'm typically quite flexible with my hours, so I'm open to suggestions on particular run times.

Also, I'd like to get this started as quickly as possible, mostly because trying to solve this damn wooden puzzle can only entertain me for so long. So, in summation: We can have our daily tea parties in the fifth dimension. Wait. That's not right...Where's my sheet? *rummages* Here we go. So, please post your information if you might be interested. A format similar to this:

would be perfect. So for me:

I would like to note that I might not be available around 7-8:30p.m. on some Fridays, so off-peak hours would be best. Sometimes stuff actually happens on campus around that time. <.<

Second week of October is fine with me. I think that's in three weeks, right? *checks calendar* Yeah. Second week of October will work.

For a Saturday afternoon team, I could get behind it. Already have a Hammer team Fridays at 9PM CST though. I've gone the Static route this semester just so I can schedule around class obligations, and would want more info on exact time/day before I could commit.

I could be part of this one if its on Saturday at 6pm central (or later).

Now, to hook back up with my old Static team on Thursdays.

Could you supply me with your definition of "afternoon," Talon? If it's around 6p.m. Central, that might be our "official" time. Those quotation marks are there so that I can show up fifteen minutes late and say, "What? It was in quotation marks." or show up thirty minutes early and say, "Where the hell were you guys? I started thirty minutes ago! It was in quotation marks!"

...I might remove the quotation marks later...

My only concern for the weekends is if I want to eat; there is only one dining hall open on Saturday and Sunday, and they only have two meals per day. Brunch 11-1 CST, and Dinner 4:30-7. Typically, because I get up really early to do my reading every morning, I go at the opening times.

So really, anything that would finish before 4:30 CST or start after 5 CST would be great. Because occasionally I get hungry and my only alternative would be junk food from the campus convenience store (and I'm trying to stick to a diet.)

I wouldn't joining a static team. Either Friday or Saturday work for me. I'll play anything. I'll roll whatever team is lacking.

Depending on the day/time I am interested in this. If it one doesn't fit my and others time schedule, perhaps we can start another one up for the weekends. Preferably blue-side. Even Sunday evenings are good by me.

Saturday afternoon at 4pm est ALL-OUT-WAR is already running a static team called Lords Of War, this was origionally created by Orgo in Strike-Force and AOW has revived it.

Characters must all have Archery, Trick Arrow, Devices, or Traps.
Contact Gadgetter (Capt. Scotland, Crey Freezbot, Darklin Wizard) or Gunmetal Queen (Me) for an invite. We can run more than one team at the same time, since we are currently at level 25 we will help you guys catch up. We are all BLASTERS at the moment and we have steamrollered all bad guys so far with little resistance, this team ROCKS!

Demon, could you please pick a day, time and during, and let people sign up that want to. I think if you post a sign up sheet like that, it will fill fast. Right now it looks like Sat 7 pm Cst looks good.

Okay, my toon is created- Memingwa ice/rad controller

Based on sign-ups so far I'm thinking a earth/cold troller, but it no one rolls melee, I can play a tank or scrapper. What level do you want us at by Sat the 10TH? up to 4 to match PB? Are we going to run Atlas/Sewers or go straight to KR for temp travel powers? I'm easy, just want to know what prep work I need to do.

I don't have a huge preference in AT's. I've had the opportunity to PLAY all of them to 50 (no Kheld's yet). It really makes no difference to me.

I may be gone next Saturday (10th) for a Dr. apt.

If I am then I will play catch up for the following week. Saturdays @ 5PM PST should be doable for me.

I may withhold my AT selection until I see the full roster. I may just play an existing one since I am just now returning and all my old toons are new to me again.

This one is at level 4, so I will wait on leveling it until then. When the group gets closer to 20, I can switch to any of the three 20-23 level Tanks I have if you want melee aggro control.

I can also provide a Coalition with any SG that is created for this group, since we have space for a couple.

I almost forget. Are we doing any leveling pacts for this, or does it really matter nowadays?

If you are looking for an SG to use for the team, we could use mine. I'm the only player in the SG, but I have everything, teleporters to all zones, medical, work bench, enhancement stations, and the crystal pillar of fire and ice flashback thingy. I realize with the folks on the team there are many SG options, just throwing this out there. I'm not recruiting anyone, just want to make it easier/faster to travel to missions.

I've got Memingwa up to lvl 4 and stuck her in a reserve branch of HoJ for the moment. If we do set up or are part of another sg, I can move her that first session.

Memingwa means butterfly in Objibwe, so I had to outfit her with some monarch butterfly wings as well.

Im rolling a widow with 4 others that are just vil's.. its been kinda confusing and i had to go back and start my widow training..

im just curious is all b/c i dont know =\ and dont wanna be a pain in the a$$ for everyone.

I do not mind playing through the PB or WS story arcs. For the life of me I can not get into play either AT, so the story arc will be all new to me.

I got an earth/cold troller to 4 - Glaciation Gal is ready to go. (Unless we need a tank and I'll roll one of those up for you.)

well so far i like the widow. i decided to try the veats and heats b/c ive seen some really bada$$ 1's and have been kinda bored with the other power sets.. something new. figure if i start from the ground up and actually pay attention and read about them, it may be more fun. its nice having a mentor to foster you along and answer questions (HI STRAY)..

now.. to find a pb mentor...
