A Solo Card is a debit card a bit like a credit card and only availble in the UK.
Its very common here which makes me wonder why reacurring payments were stopped on this type of card.
Making sub payments via the 60 day none reacurring option with a Solo (which is the only option now) makes it impossible to buy anything from the NCsoft store as your credit card does not go on file as its a 1 off payment.
Its not a problem with the store being down its a problem with the fact the store doesn't take that card which is used to do.

I don't know much about that type of debit card. Perhaps the problem isn't on NCSoft's end of things though. My cousin was using a debit card to run automatic payments for some bills (phone and cable, at least) and got a bunch of "payment declined" notices. Turns out his bank had changed the way their debit cards functioned, and was now blocking that type of transaction. Lately banks have been doing a lot of screwy things trying to recover all the money that blew away when the markets collapsed last fall.
UK Solo card payments have been stopped by plaync not long ago and i find myself with a bit of a problem.
You can still pay for your sub with Solo but only 60 days at a time and its none reacurring, its not really a problem but what is is the fact you can not buy charactor slots with a Solo card anymore.
I want to buy some more charactor slots but find i am unable to, this seems a big problem to me as i don't have access to any other card but i still want those extra slots.
I can't find any other way to buy those slots via the store or website so what are people with Solo cards supposed to do if they want more charactor slots ?
