Error with Account

Hey there guys, First time poster here. I just had a quick question with my account, When I quit back in 06 or 07ish I had a level 26ish Scrapper and an 18 fire/Rad Controller. I do not recall what server these toons were on, But I do know the account, I logged into my account and my characters are no longer in existence.

I did some how activate the 14 day Trial, And I log into my original game account and it states this is the trial version (yada yada) Bur I'm still worried. I want to reactivate but Will my characters come back?

You can't reactivate an existing account with a Trial code. You can reactivate an existing account if a friend sends you an "Invite a friend Back" code, but I don't think that code has trial restrictions on it.

I suspect that you used the Trial Code to create a new account. To reactivate your old account, go to http://plaync.com and log in to your PlayNC master account. From there, select your OLD account (not the new trial account) and reactivate it by entering your payment details - either credit card, time card or PayPal.

Thank you for the reply my friend. As an update, Here it goes. When I logged into my plaync account, it showed I had no 'game accounts' (which quite obviously I did, a few years back). So I tried to reactivate my account with a 30 day card I just purchased.. And low an behold, I added play time to the damned Trial account!(Which by the way, My old game account still has not appeared)

Any thing Else you can think I may try?

contact support with all the info you used to start the original account. they should be able to find it and restore it for you.
