I'm sorry but this seems like it would be better suited in general discussions or comic hero/villain culture. I just don't see a suggestion.

Pretty much anyone in the world can buy the game and start playing it. It failed there because it didn't have enough grind, like all the other popular Korean games usually do. There just wasn't enough connection to the culture, I think. If people IN Korea want to buy and play, they can do that. But I don't think it'd be worth anyone's time to start a whole new server system for it.
