Unfortunately the Gladiator's Fury Proc is just slottable once cause it´s unique. I thought about putting that one in Blazing Aura or Hot Feet.

I'd go for Irradiate. With enough +recharge, you can have it up more often than the once/10s chance to fire you get on a toggle.

So can I take all this enthusiasm for Rad to mean that it's a decent blast set? I've been on the fence over whether or not to roll one.

Yep, lay your worries to rest, it's a perfectly decent blast set, damage is not lacking, -defense is a different feel (get that team contribution feel) there's very little knockback for your team to worry about. Balanced AoE, Single Target.

Cons: Long recharge times, animation times aren't super quick like fire/ice, has the ability to draw lots of attention to you *DoT's + Debuffs... enemies will not like you* Very high end cost.

I like it not for it's spectacular damage up front, but for it's theme, and for it's large radius AoE's and PBAoE(which I feel should mesh very well with psyshock once I get it and allow DP to hit more enemies more often)

I mean, for a post Apoc Character, having three ways to mushroom cloud is awesome. Neutron, Atom, Self Destruct.

You really like green fire over white/blue? I love the look of a white/blue fire attack. Looks sort of like a plasma attack or something.
