Panacea proc question
The heal and +End check (and fire) seperately. It's like two procs in one.
I had it on my shield tank. Then I respecced out of the set and sold the parts for 4 billion...
I had it on my Night Widow, total waste for PVE. 53hp heal :/
Sold it for a silly amount an bought the Regen tissues instead xD
It's good in a regen or WP for pvp only really.

Does the chance for +endurance only fire in PvP settings?
It fires in PvE too.
And I agree, it's horrendously inefficient if you're looking at it from a cost-effectiveness perspective.
In PVP the Panacea proc works like a numina regen/recov and gives Regen and Recov instead of heals and +End.
Because the tick heal would be effected by the heal spamming nerf.

The heal is largely rubbish but the +end is quite nice for heavy endurance builds.

I assume it's like most other procs and has a fire chance every 10 seconds, but does it check once and give both end and healing, or does it check once for each so you could get healing but no end or the other way around?
The more people I meet, the more I'm beginning to root for the zombies.
