Am I missing something with /WP?
Welcome to the forum!
You're missing that most scrappers suck before the 20s, and suck particularly bad through the teens. My experience, anyway.
Yes, Quick Recovery and Stamina will cure your endurance woes. Just Quick Recovery will be plenty for a while. As for your health, the defining Willpower power is Rise to the Challenge at 16. Still, it takes a while to get everything slotted out and running smoothly, particularly if you concentrate on offense instead of defense, which is the usual advice for a low level scrapper. You'll probably start feeling solid in the twenties, and very good by the thirties.

ok! thx for advice. i think ima take RTTC at 16 then an hold off stamina a lil while...
i like to think through research and common sense i have a good grasp of the game, yet im far from an expert. So the request still stands if anyone could help me out with a solid MA/WP SO build plz. thx!
Could you post what you have taken thus far? And what, if any, power pools are important for you?
Without knowing your build as it stands, I can say there are at least a couple of schools of thought about the order of power selection in /wp.
-One school says it's better to take your defense and resistance granting powers as they become available and keep them toggled on constantly.
-The second school says it's better to just take Fast Healing and wait until you get Quick Recovery before taking the defense and resistance powers. The justification being that (1) at low levels you don't get much use out of defense/resistance powers due to lack of powerful enhancements and thus you're eating up a lot of endurance for little reward and (2) Fast Healing is all the help you need at lower levels to survive through and recover quickly after fights. The exception to this line of thought is to definitely take Indomitable Will at level ten because it protects you from so many status powers, not because of its psionic defense.
Well, I hope I generalized the thoughts about /WP in an accurate fashion. I decided to follow the second school's recomendations and it worked well for my DM/WP. I don't know if it will be the same for a MA/WP, but it is something to think about.
Yeah, your power woes will lessen with QR at 20. Not having to have those dead-feeling levels in the teens when you're just grabbing Fitness to unlock Stamina by 20 is nice. I hate those spots in a build when it's like "welp, time to take Hurdle and Health"
I went with MA/WP and am i missing something? im currently level 12 and i basically run out of health and endurance after every fight. My first toon was a claws/regen an this was not the case at all..

Also, plan to add 2 slots to RttC at 17 and 2 slots to QR at 21.
From there I'd feel it out for when you want Stamina (if at all), just remember you need to take Swift/Hurdle and Health first.
Good luck.
Ive heard a lot about how awsome willpower is, and i been waiting to make one because i usually make flashier type super heroes. but i finally decided to make a batman type guy who relies only on natural ability.
