Does FS boost Flamethrower and Ignite?

Thinking of making a KIN / AR defender, and was wondering if FS boosts flamethrower and Ignite.

Anyone?

I made a Kin/Ar as soon as the servers were back up and have really been having fun with him. People still aren't used to seeing a defender with a mack10 which is fun, too.
