Maelstrom's Fury: It is available in the 20-35 level range.
Triage: It is available in the 10-30 level range.
I assume you mean you were trying to find recipes for a higher level than the level 20 you already have slotted?
I am not sure why you couldn't find any, what was the level range you were searching for for your replacements? If is was above the levels mentioned above, that would be one reason.
Perhaps the level range you were searching had none for sale. For Triage, try searching for 21-30 and for Maelstrom's Fury try searching for 21-35 and use For Sale Only as a filter.
I find http://wiki.cohtitan.com/wiki/Enhancement_Sets to be extremely useful. It lists the various enhancement sets in order of least powerful to most powerful.
Try setting the "For Sale and Bidding" field to "All".
You can bid on something even if there are none currently for sale and nobody's bidding on it... but if you go with default settings, you may not ever realize that.

I was browsing enhancements in my older toon, saw I have a lev 20,
Maelstroms' Fury: Acc/Damage....and Triage: Heal/Recharge
When I searched for a higher ones, I couldn't find them anymore on Wentworths.
Do Recipes change occasionally, perhaps replaced with a different one?
