Today would be the launch of Issue 16.
Most everyone is going to be huddled together inside Icon fiddling with the new power options.
Everyone else will be inside missions testing their limits.
Teaming should resume its normal schedule sometime tomorrow afternoon.

yeah I noticed. I was too. I'm glad they did this because my main is a claws regen and I got him up to about 30 before I realized I goofed on the secondary power. I meant to pick dark armor because it was part of the concept and I've had to deal with that ugly green aura that comes with regen. Until now that is. 
I've been away for a while and I logged on tonight with my 50 to see if I could get on a team for pretty much anything. I want to try out the TF that was introduced in I 15 but I couldn't find a team to save my life. So I ask you guys, What's new to do in the city? Is anyone doing any of the more recent stuff or is everyone still farming at portal corp?
