Yes, just copy the files from the costumes directory in your test folder, to the costumes directory in your live folder.

If you want the power customization files you saved, they'll be in a folder called Powercust. The live version of the game likely won't have that folder yet.
Depending on when you saved the powercust data, it might have become invalid and won't be loadable on live. Had that happen with one of mine.
Is it possible to transfer the costumes that I made on Test with the new Power Spectrum colors to Live, so that I can load them while at tailor?
