I got a Hecatomb, Damage drop on one of my villains in the mission that I dinged 50. I don't play a lot of Villains to begin with, and I don't slot Purples at all. I'd like to offer it to one of my fellow "Victorians" instead of putting it up on the Black Market. Not just because I am a nice guy, but also because I'm thinking of the infamy I can net by avoiding the market fee...which would also save you some $$ too. The last 5 sold for:
