SG Ranks

Can anyone suggest some interesting SG rank/title names? If not, what they used/is used in your SG?

There's no specific theme. I'm just having a little difficulty with constructing appealing and cool names for the titles/ranks.

What's the SG name? I know you said it has no theme, but is there some idea behind it? It does help tie everything together into a nice, neat little package.

You could go through... pretty much anything with ranks or stages. Pfhor instance, Rampancy only has four, so you'd have to make some up (and alter them slightly to sound like descriptors) =

Angry
Jealous
Metastable
Eternal

(If, that is, you think Tycho escaped the end of the universe... and if you don't get the reference, well...)

You could pick and choose out of, say, the various Roman ranks, selecting different ones than the Cimerorans (as they're all over with specialists and the like.) Say:

Tiro
Miles
Aquilifer
Primus Pilus
Tribunus
Legatus

(Which I'm sure will be nitpicked - but I did say "pick and choose.")

Or just make stuff up.

Just remembering off the top of my head...

For Mischievous Urchins:
pest

(can't remember new highest rank... lol)

For the Dead Poets, it's various levels of "Laureate"

For "Necessary Evil" (villain SG, of course), the names I went with, that I can remember, are "Prime Evil", "Greater Evil", "Plain Evil", "Mostly Evil", and "Minor Evil".

For an insect-based SG, "Queen", "Guard", "Soldier", "Drone", and "Larva" (haven't updated to Super Leader status yet).

For my group of anarchists, in a Freakshow vein, I picked "Da Boss", "Chief", "Goon", and "Runt" (can't recall the other ones). <_<

And for my feline SG, called "F.E.L.I.N.E.", natch, we have "Top Cat", "Cat's Meow", "Tunaguard", "Alley Cat", "Tenderpaw", and "Fuzzy Butt". =^_^=

I randomly change the theme every couple months for both my VG and my SG. I think the VG right now is on Mario enemies - Koopa Troopa, Bowser, Bob-Omb, etc. and the SG is on birds - Eagle, Falcon, Kestrel, Merlin, etc.
