Kuji-in-Retsu is a level 38 power, so you wouldn't be able to use it in Sirens call right?
If this is true, you should probably take Divine Avalanche.

I have a NB/Nin Stalker that I'm quite pleased with so far.
I've heard that I-16's sidekicking changes will allow us to use
powers up to L35 in Siren's Call (currently limited to L30).
I have two choices for my L35 power as specified in the title,
which I'll need to select very soon (today - tomorrow at latest).
I'm interested in seeing your opinions about which one I should
take, and your reasoning for that choice. With DR/Elusivity being
what it is, I'm not sure either of them are all that helpful (which
is why I've left them till now).
Bear in mind this is solely for PvP.
