Veteran Reward Respec? (Pet Reselection)

Recently I had this issue which I will try to summarize here, but the thread is over in Player Questions, here.

Basically, I had an alt that I picked veteran rewards for and I chose the Fae instead of the Wisp, forgetting that the Fae are, no offense to the artist, unattractive for what my character looks like.

I wanted to switch from the Fae to the Wisp. BUT, alas, that cannot be done by GM's, let alone players.

Can we have a way to update how a buff pet looks, maybe like a tailor selection?
Or a reward respec, perhaps? Reset all the rewards and choose again?

Finally, have the pet TYPE (Defense, Endurance add/ Damage, Damage Res., etc.) be selected, but the look of the pet be adjustable.

I'm up for any of those, I would just like to be able to change the pet with the look of my hero or villain's outfit (or maybe even background).

I've never been a fan of things in games like this that are totally unchangeable. I still have alts that I haven't chosen pets for because I'm not 100% sure which pet I want them to have and I'm reluctant to make a choice I know I can't undo.

I've never really understood why Vet power choices couldn't be "reset" by doing a respec. Clearly there are flags set in the game once a player has selected a Vet power that could be reset back to make it as if the player had never selected a given Vet choice. This seems like the easiest way the Devs could implement this.

I have never needed this abilty but I have always been afraid I would.

So yes, please, let us respec these vet power choices.
