Its pretty good, but it is unenhancable because the base recharge is only like 300 seconds...unlike the 1000 second on others
Save yourself the trouble and make a Regen or Fire instead of WP.

yea, i agree with mac. If you don't want any challenge make a regen or fire.
Or take a garbage set, work on it a bit (finding strengths and weaknesses) and then pvp with it. Next to anything can be awesome (AR for cors doesn't work well...), just some sets need more work then others.

I was considering making a WP scrapper for PvP. But I have to ask...what's up with the no recharge buff for Strength of Will???
Sorry if the answer is somewhere else but does anyone know the reasoning for this?
Is the power that much better than the other unstoppable-type powers like Unstoppable and Elude, etc.?
