Has the glitch that auto-failed timed missions that included rescues been fixed?

As a reminder, during a timed mission of any length you'd rescue a person (set to non-combat) who would run away as he or she was supposed to, at which time the mission would fail for no reason.

I have two missions in an arc that really should be timed, but I disabled the timer when this glitch popped up. I'd like to re-enable it, but want to make sure it's safe. Thanks.

I was clued into this today by an SG mate who had failed two missions today this way, and it suddenly explained the report I had on one of my own AE missions. I understand there are a literally hundreds of open bugs that the devs have to keep track of at any one time, but this seems like it should be on the known issues page.

Still broken. Both a required captive leaving the map (which they tend to do when you rescue them) and a required ally getting defeated will auto-fail a timed mission.

On an interesting side note, I used a Hellion ally, in a level 50-53 mission, and he got SKd up to 50 when I rescued him.

Edit: Who is the dev in charge of MA? I really want to PM this bug to someone, but don't know who to PM it to.
