Anything not related to CoH would fall into the "Comics and Hero/Villain Culture" thread. Of course, individual servers are free to have their generic, off-topic threads. Basically, if it doesn't incite flaming/heated conversations, it should be ok...as long as it's in the "general topics" type sections
There is enough OT crap posted on the CoX boards already. I shudder to think of what an actual "Off Topic" forum would do. But then, I'm still of the opinion that Forum Games should be closed. I guess there are just too many people on the boards to keep in line, so they tolerate a lot.

I thought posting "off topic" posts and threads were banable offenses and all posts were supposed to be constructive. (Of course, what's constructive about a games forum, but i digress )
