Hi:

Maybe one of you can help me out, I been studying with greater detail what the various IO sets do, then notice from wiki and other places, that no descriptions of the new IO sets from I13 do, such as Obliteration, lockdown, etc. Can someone point me out to a thread or something that have the descriptions for each of the I13 and newer IO sets do?

Thank you

ParagonWiki should have up-to-date tables with this information. Are you sure your link is pointing you to the right wiki page? Some of them have not been updated in a while, though the Titan network one should be.

Yeah, good money says you're looking at the wikia paragonwiki. Which is abandoned and should no longer be used. Either use the link Aett gave or paragonwiki.com (they both point to the same wiki) to get to the correct one.

Wikia's wiki isn't called Paragon Wiki. There's a reason: because the name Paragon Wiki belongs to the Paragon Wiki, and the Paragon Wiki moved away from Wikia. Wikia's wiki is just called "City of Heroes Wiki".

Thank you very much sweeties, a Gal with three children and a husband (fourth child) can at times get a bit disconnected with the evolution of things...

Thank you, and hugs

While factually 100% correct, that post is headache inducing. So... much... WIKI!

(not that it's your fault)
