I'm gonna say that an Xpress 200 isn't good enough. Someone will probably correct me and say how it will work under circumstances, but it seems like a poor choice to me. It also depends on how much RAM you have more than how much physical memory (188Gig). Are you using an older Laptop? You need to give the RAM, Video memory(dedicated or not), and stuff like that. People like using COH helper from http://home.roadrunner.com/~dasloth/CoH/CoHHelper.html to show others on the boards. That's a start. Someone with more technical knowledge may be able to help you more.
From my own person experience in upgrading my computer during my years in this game:
- increasing my RAM improved my load time (changing zones, entering missions)
- upgrading my graphics card made things look way better (metals were shiny, colors were more vibrant, more details)
- changing to a multi-core CPU improved my frame rate (no more slide shows during fights, even in the middle of an invasion)
Teams are the number one killer of soloists.
Assuming that your memory is in fact 256Mb with some stolen by the shoddy on board graphics card. I'm surprised that the game even runs. I'm guessing that you had no addons for WoW or that wouldn't have run either.
If you're talking about hard drive space its not something that has any (unless you're running on something like a 2Gb HDD) impact on how well the game works, in general terms anyway.
I'm not a computer tech and unless I own it, i know nothing about it...
Never used Radeon personally, but from your hardrive size and windows version, I would estimate that your computer is just a tad bit old.
You may be one of the unfortunates that can't afford one, or if your young enough can't persuade your parents to buy one.

Search for any system that has comed with just the tower (no monitor, no keyboard/mouse, no operating system (If you have a disk))
Use that search criteria and you will pretty much be able to play any game on the planet that currently exists and supports the operating system you isntall, for upto 5 years.
If your not in a position for a new system, them atleast upgrade your ram and graphics card.
...how to fix my comp, CoX has NEVER! worked well with my comp, even back in the day, and even today with bottom-line graphics, i have a ATI Radeon Xpress 200 series, is that good enough, and i have 188g memory left, out of 222g, comp is a 2005 Microsoft Windows XP Media Center Edition, but the game still runs poorly, infact the only game that will run good on my comp is WoW, and i dispize that game, soo can someone tell me what to do to finally make it better?
