DPS of a MA scrapper and SS tank?
You'll want to post the full builds for an accurate answer. A MA scrapper should beat a SS tanker easily in ST damage.
All you have to do is remind him of your criticals. Thats double damage.
Doesn't your SS tank buddy use footstomp?

Even without calculating, you should be smoking him for damage. Even a DPS Willpower/Super Strength with near perma double stacked Rage is maybe putting out 140 DPS at the outside edge. Chances are he's doing much less than 140 DPS. Chances are you're doing more than 140 DPS.
If you want to settle the matter of who does better DPS, don't ask the number crunchers. Just have the tank taunt a pylon while you take it out. Chances are you'll be able to take it down, though it may take much longer than you wish to spend to finish the job. Then have the tank try to take out a pylon. The tank won't make any headway, almost guaranteed.
If you DO have the patience to finish the pylon, you can calculate your DPS like this:
DPS = 38343.75 / seconds to finish pylon + 127.8125

Hey again all, I Recently posted asking for information on avs, but my cousin and I have made a duo which has been successful at soloing many avs, I am a ma/reg scrapper and he is a ss/wp tank, we have both tried using the dps formula to try and figure our own, but everytime we hve come up with ridiculous numbers :P I can give yall the numbers on our attacks and I was just wondering if someone could assist us in finding the exact dps we have

the numbers to the side of the attack says how much damage it does
ma attack chain stormkick(245)-->CAK(236)-->stormkick(245)-->eaglesclaw(340)
ss attack chain koblow(334.5)-->haymaker(147.7)-->airsup(90.1)-->jab(61.3)-->haymaker(147.7)-->airsup(90.1)
and also I was just wondering if it is even possible to add build up and rage into the factor to see who does more dps? I tell my cousin all the time that I smoke him in dmg, but he is convinced that he does more :P
