Zephyr knockback reduction question

Just to make sure, before I spend 240 merits on a level ten recipe for this, how does it work when slotted into teleport?

Is it always active like the steadfast protection +3% defense?

Or does it function like the stealth proc that's only active for 120 seconds after you use TP?

buy a level 20 miracle and sell that to buy your Zephyr instead.

Thought about that, but there just aren't any Zephyr's for sale at that level.

Get it however you can. The -KB Zephyr is, without too much question, the single most useful IO I've ever slotted in my Main (a Human PB)...and she currently has 27 purples

If I were you, I would purchase a Miracle: +recovery instead and then buy a steadfast protection: -KB or karma: -KB...the karma and steadfast offer the same kb protection bonus as the zephyr for a fraction of the cost (I think the karma is only a few million blueside atm). Then you can sell the miracle for at least 100mil. Only reason to go with the zephyr would be if you are getting all 3 zephyrs and you want the set bonuses
