I would personally go with Lev because hibernate is useful extremely for pvp also i like having sharks as a range attack. But some people will tell you to go with soul mastery because it has a move that is almost perma and gives you +20% def if i am right about it.

Yeah sharks can crit which makes them fun to use as a fall back when u can't get as off on a running target normally i will shark some one because sharks animation is slow some time it gives me time to get to the person and hit a et right after sharks dose it dmg. But yeah don't get Lev if u have Phase all rdy or just drop phase instead.

i am not sure about soul storm what i have seen is stalkers with moonbeam and shadow meld.
mace has webnade which can be very useful at times. This all depends if you team or not. Hiber and phase almost guarantees ur escape in zone pvp tho.
Soul storm is amazing. Irresistible knockback ftw.
