You will lose any set bonuses that you might have and the enhancement bonuses will be scaled down. This page explains how:

While unrelated to the thread, I'm assuming that IO set bonuses will continue to function the same under the new SSK method, right? Silly, obvious answer question, I know, but just making sure :P

I was wondering how enhancements work when going on flashback missions. If I have a toon that has level 40-50 IOs, but then does a level 30 flashback mission, are the IOs still working for the powers that I have available, or are the enhancement bonuses negated?
