Illusion/Rad question
I took a look and made a few changes to get you a little closer. I changed to the Ice APP set for more places to have Recharge and more s/l defense. Besides, as discussed in my guide, getting that single target blast is great. (In fact, once you get the single target blast, it is easy to pass up Air Superiority for Hover. That gives you another place for a LotG 7.5% Recharge, and can free up some slots.) I dropped one of your -knockback IOs, as one is good enough 95% of the time, to put a 5th slot in the heal to get the Recharge bonus.
Of course, these are just suggestions -- use whatever you want.

I see where I could have helped myself with a few places. Not adding one more slot to Radiant Aura was a complete oversight. Nice catch! I've reworked it a bit to take on a more damage focused direction. I payed attention to moar recharge ! and think I'm in the ballpark now. Of course, I'm gonna need two sugar mommas to afford this

In my opinion, Choking Cloud on an Ill/Rad is a mistake. Take a look at my Guide to see the discussion about how it works. Ill/Rad just doesn't have the tools to make it worth the endurance cost, playstyle change and slots (it really needs to be fully slotted for EndRdx and Hold). On a Fire/Rad, Choking Cloud is wonderful, but not on an Ill/Rad.

Sometimes thematic flair > than Min/Max In this case Fire is there ( and usefully IMO ) because fireballs are associated with a nuclear blast. Fire Blast is a smaller more controlled version. Choking cloud, while not ideal from an endurance standpoint, thematically works (and I wouldn't use it very often. To be honest it's a mule to get me to the recharge I want as well as the marginal end and ranged def. although I can see where it could have it's uses too so not a complete waste)
I do appreciate the advice though.
Final analysis between both of ours is basically a wash.
You have 3% more End Recovery but use 1.09 to my .77
You have 190% Regen to my 206%
You have 186.3% Recharge to my 190%
You have considerably better Melee and Lethal Defense while I have Ranged Defense @ a marginally more (4.3%) better defense.
I'm not sure why you don't slot Stamina with the 2 performance shifters in it. I have read in many places it's the better way to slot. Be that as it may, I think they are close enough to call it a day. It's completely inspired by your very fine guide good sir!
I have a Ill/Rad I made some 4 years ago and only made it to 17 before I left for another MMO with friends and family ( I know I know the SHAME of it all ! ) Anywho ! I climbed back into his skin and am enjoying him quite a bit.
I ran the Sister Psyche TF last night and knew I needed to modify him a bit. He's currently 26 ( as of this morning ). I put together this with the help of Local Mans Ill/Rad Guide ( Hiya Local Man )). I was thinking I wanted a bit more def. than I had ( I face planted several times as my team was all 25 or nearly so, and I was 2 exp. INTO 20. Facing all purples for 3/4 of the TF was harsh so I was mostly a Radiant Aura spammer and alternate AM buffer ( another /Rad was on the team ). I put PA out when it was up, for what little agro they could pull and minimal dps.
I realize this is a $$$ build, but want something to aim for. I'm building to this spec on build 2 and on build 1 is my SO ( with Teleport ) build.
Is this near enough to perma PA to be viable? It's what I was hoping for. Thanks in advance for any advice, critique or mocking
