Impossible to log onto EU test, and the Support page at NCSoft keeps failing
As far as I recall, there are a delay from when they activate it, and it is present on the test servers.
I think it can take up to 1 or 2 days.
It could be it, although I doubt it.
But from another perspective.
Have you ever been on the test server before?
And what actually happens when you try to log in?
Logged onto test a lot before, mostly for I14 Beta.
I get the standard "The login server could not connect, either due to firewall or it might be maintenance" message.
I could log on fine before the I16 was on it, and other people have been able to log onto it earlier in the morning. I can log onto Live fine, so its not a firewall or anything.
Puzzled much. The Server status says the Training Room is down, maybe it IS for maintenance...but that doesnt explain why I had the same problem all of early in the morning when it was first put on.

The North American test server is said to be down, but I actually just logged on.

Ok, at least I managed to get the Support page working. The part 'email or username' is really, really misleading. It has to be email.
Also, on a side note; do you need an account JUST for Support? It kept logging me out every time I went to the Support page from logging in....

Regarding support: yes, you need a dedicated support account.
Your Support Account are different from your Game Account and your Master Account.

Alright, WHO and HOW do I contact anyone to get this sorted out?
Attempted to log into the Test server, deemed online, at around 2am. It wasnt working out, so I left it.
It's now 9am, 7 hours of break, and it STILL wont let me in!
I can log into Live just fine, so it's nothing firewall or whatnot related.
And I can't contact Support on the NCSoft page, due to the fact, even when I am Logged In it keep asking me to create an account...Im logged in, WTF? Great usable feature....Not.
Other people HAVE been on test, so it IS working. Wth?
Edit: Although, having said that, the official list says that BOTH Training Rooms are currently offline...
So, why did they announce they were up? And people could get on?
Now my cerebro circuits are glitching out -_-
