At work ..

Read that it can be perma with 200% global recharge. That's a lot

Any sense on how it is working in game - heal amount, is regen notable etc?

Does it "Fix" ELA?

With Hasten and 3 recharge in it with Electric Armor's quickness passive, I've the recharge down to 1 minute and 1 sec. With 3 heals in it, I've gotten a 667 heal out of it. Now this is with lvl 50 normal IOs, so that should give you a basic idea.

It doesn't necessarily "fix" Electric Armor, but it's a boost in the right direction. Coupled with AiD Self, you should have too many problems.

I found that it wasn't enough to fix the overall squishiness of the set. Recharge is just too long.

Now... on a scrapper with tough/weave/cj/steadfast/physical perfection/all the heal uniques... it'd probably work.

Yeah, it definitely helps, but isn't a cure all.

I didn't monkey around with my build much on test, just took the old SO one and reslotted energize. I had CP on it already as it was an old no fitness build.

Dark Armor is like that kid you knew in school that didn't know when to shut up, and no matter how bad he got beaten down, he got right back up again and kept on talking.

I've got both Siphon Life and Energize slotted, so I have a bit of an advantage in the survivability department. Energize was just the right amount of what I needed: a 50% heal when the going got rough. Still don't know what I'd do without Siphon Life, though.

Also, with Hasten, Lightning Reflexes and three recharges, Energize should come back in closer to 40 seconds than 60.

Thanks, Bill Z.

That's not what I wanted to hear. Whomever is actively testing, I would encourage a bit more feedback.

Tonality, please remember that I've got a pretty dang narrow mindset when it comes to mitigation sets.

I was finding it squishie at level 50 with basic IOs fighting spawns at +0/x8. It was manageable. If that's good enough, or if you choose a primary that offers solid mitigation like dark melee, it's going to be a different ride.

I once had an sm/elec brute that might not have been deleted with the new energize.

Tell that to Stalker with even less HP... they should have modified Electricity Armor for Stalker. The good news is there is Shadow Meld but a secondary set shouldn't be balanced with "patron power".

I have an /Elec Brute and I think it fits Brute well because it gives you +speed and +recharge to maintain that "go go go" mentality. It has endurance drain to help Brute sustains that continuous battle and it has an aoe aura to keep that aggro and aoe damage. But Stalker's fight is not "go go go"... the complete opposite.

What's left is to normalize all Assassin Strikes and improve Stalker's old sets (Claw, MA and EM)! You don't need to bring back the missing PbAoE attack. You just need to make the existing ones better! For example, make Slice a WIDER and LONGER cone.
