Check Bill Z Bubba's post here for help on speeding up the Test install.
If the game spit out 20 dollar bills people would complain that they weren't sequentially numbered. If they were sequentially numbered people would complain that they weren't random enough.

i have begun to download the training room for I16, but the download bar has moved roughly two fifths of the bar and has slowed at 1:30:00 time left and is going up and down in number while the download bar lurches forward a very small amount over a long amount of time
is there something wrong in any way and is there a way to speed it up and/or resolve it?
A total of 14 of my nerves have been harmed in the making of this post...
