Quick question on trail accounts

He has to purchase the game, whether it's a code from the NCsoft site, or the $10 CoH DVD edition from Big Lots!.
He won't have to install or download anything, just apply the game code to his temp account to make it a full account.

If he did perform an upgrade and it still thinks it's a trial account, then he needs to contact actual support (support@coh.com) and have them look into it.
