So no advice from anyone on this build, huh? Im new to working with planned out builds with a specific goal.
Just gave it a quick skim, but no thorough read...looks pretty good to me, at least powers-wise. Looked at the slotting, but that's really my weak point, so can't comment on it much...but unless recipes are vastly different than they used to be, that's a bit of an expensive build.
...also, may want to try stocking up on those now, seeing as with new drop rates, the market may get borked come i16. ...just saying.
I'll look at it more closely later, to see if I can spot any glaring problems.
Thanks for the reply. Like I said, the REALLY expensive IOs I already have or almost have. Already have an LoTG +7% and a Numina Regen/Recovery, as well as a Kismet +Acc, so the only other super expensive one I'll need is the Miracle.
What's the story on the new drop rates? I havent heard.
Not having one I thought I could corrupt ya Corrupter some by just throwing in some slotting alternatives and a power alternative to boot. Some slots may look and smell the same but it doesn't mean they are:
Mostly ya lack of KB prot got to me. Not a build suggestion, more of a take on slotting or a mess, whatever XD

And I wasn't sure how many of the expensive recipes you had, so that's good to hear. Do you also have the salvage yet, or just recipes?
And one power choice thought: I'd think about dropping Bitter Freeze Ray for Freeze Ray, just for activation time. Same power, Freeze Ray holds for a bit less time, but has a much nicer activation time (2 seconds less, I believe), and with ice/storm you want mobility.
And again, slotting isn't my strong point, but maybe pull a slot outta Ice Blast--the one with end reduc (if you really end up with the two /end set IOs, this should be ok...) and put it into Aim, and swap the end reduc in Aim for two recharges, which will help considering you only have two recharges in Hasten. Or try and find two Rectified Reticles and drop them into Aim, which will give you even moar defense. And I'd recommend going that fourth Dampened Spirits in Hurricane...it'd give you neg +res, which you have none of right now.
Of course I don't know how expensive completely twinking out the build would be...but if you have extra left over, I'd strongly recommend getting any +end set into Stamina. All have decent to good bonuses at three slots, and would help a wee bit with end problems (neat one-two punch solution).
But again, I'm not that good at slotting, so that take portion with a grain of salt.
I've got this guy to 48 and LOVE him. I mean, a lot. He rips up damage and seems very safe. I love him so much that I want to make the build as awesome as possible, so I've put together this MIDs build. My goal is to have a heavy amount of smashing/lethal/energy resistance, a decent amount of fire/cold resistance, and then hope that I can cover the rest with defense. My play style ammounts to stacking the two rains which takes everything to -recharge max and then frostbreath the mob and pick off the survivors one at a time. I use lightning cloud as my main melee protection, and only use Hurricane for herding or a panic button. I find this guy incredibly survivable (at 45 he was able to run an itf with 50s without needing and SK and still contributing as much as the next guy) right now, but think that getting my defense up would probably make me perfect. So here's the build as it stands now/planned. PLEASE give me any slotting or power choice advice you can.
I will say this...I want to keep Ice storm slotted for damage since I use it as my primary attack, and keep freezing rain slotted for -defense. I dont really need to add any slow enhancements since with these two powers Im near the cap anyway.
Also, I'd like to keep the build around 300 million at most. I already have a few of the expensive IOs needed like the Numina's and the Luck of the Gambler +7%.
