Their names in game are Marrowsnap and Marrow Drinker. You actually fight them in the Bonfire arc, which you can get form Lorenzo DiCosta, Willy Starbuck, or Wes Schnabel at levels 9-14. Other than that, and what is on Paragonwiki, which is copied from the official information here, we don't really know anything.
