Why didn't you just go make a quick arc with a boss and give him full auto then tested it, you coulda ended the discussion yourself.

I've been told by some people in-game that EB and AV can't have access to full auto while others claim otherwise. For awhile there was a huge shouting match last night in Liberty blue.
So officially, what's the answer?
