Fix the AE
um...you have tried changing the difficulty of your critters correct?
Custom Critters generally are a higher threat level than most enemies you encounter in normal content. Now you can intentionally pick attacks that you know you will be able to perform well against, but that's the problem with allowing us to create content.
In general, custom critters, even on the easy setting have a good arsenal of attacks. They also get progressively more difficult the higher you level as more attacks become available.

I have my difficluty set on the hardest and the enemies in this particular mission arc lvl 52 bosses and two AVs. One of the bosses is Katana/Martial arts, but they will only use Katana or Martial arts...they never mix it up and use both. One of the AVs in Dual Blades with all the attacks, but most the time he just uses power slice over and over.

Even if set one easy, shouldn't a lvl 53 have access to all the attacks you have chosen for them?

The AI is smart enough to try to avoid redraw, so I'm not surprised that a guy using MA will continue to use MA and a guy with a katana will continue to swing the katana.

Up with the overworld! Up with exploration! | Want a review of your arc?
My arcs: Dream Paper (ID: 1874) | Bricked Electronics (ID: 2180) | The Bravuran Jobs (ID: 5073) | Backwards Day (ID: 329000) | Operation Fair Trade (ID: 391172)
That isn't the issue. I have plenty of enemies with Willpower and Invulerability as secondaries, and they still only use one attack.
This likely isn't what you think. I'm not talking about AE farming.
Every few weeks I go back to the AE to try and finish my grand mission arc that has been floating around in my head for years. However, everytime I am disgusted when I go to test my arc and find that my custom enemies use only one or two attacks. I then log out disappointed.
Fixing the AI in AE missions needs to be pushed up to the top of the list IMO. Is it any wonder the AE is 99% farms? Why would anyone take the time to make a well thought out story arc with great plots and original enemies if the borked AI makes them completely lame to play?
Fix the AI plz.
