You have to toggle on and off the Screen UI for it to show up in your screenshot. To do that, ingame go to options and under keymapping, scroll down near the bottom portion. You will see a spot for "Toggle Screenshot UI" or something like that. I find a key to it (U in my case) and when taking pics, if I'm not sure what its set on, I toggle back and forth with U a few times to make sure I get the stat box

As for your avatar, hmm have you reuploaded it since the forum switch?

Since you use photobucket, here is how I get my thumbnails using it:

Go to your photobucket account, and click on the picture that you want to share. On the left you'll see a bunch of options to share it such as Facebook, Twitter, etc. Click the "more" option. It'll pop up a screen with a few different tabs. Click the tab that mentions "Get code". On that tab, near the bottom of the list is "Clickable Thumbnail". Copy the code out of there, and past into your forum message. No need to do anything else. When you preview the message, it should show the thumbnail.

BTW, I was working off memory for all of that, so the names of options might be slightly different Hope that helps!

Lol, Lets see if I can help your problem at least

To add an avatar, first go to the "User CP (Control Panel)" option near the top left of your screen.

That brings you to your Control Panel. On the left of it, you'll see a lot of options. Under "Settings & Options" choose "Edit Avatar". You can also edit your signature in the option below it.

Once there, click the button next to "Use Custom Avatar". Then paste in the code for wherever your picture is hosted. Now make sure you delete out everything in the box before you paste your code for the picture in. When I set up mine a few weeks ago, it left the "http://www." bit in there in ADDITION to what I pasted, so it couldn't find my pic. In fact, maybe that's what's wrong w/ Roxy's. You might want to look at that. If you have two "Https" listed, delete the first set out

As for using the forums, when looking at a thread, if it has new messages, it'll have a small downwards arrow in front of the thread name. If you click that arrow, it'll take you to the last unread message. Unfortunately, right now that feature is a little broken, so it keeps resetting what it thinks your last read message is <Sigh>

Since you use photobucket, here's an easy thing to do:

The url you posted, simply use as a hyperlink, but also include it within IMG tags. Then, put a "th_" prefix before filename. That will give you a little thumbnail to click on and link to the main image. Luna's way is good too, but her way basically links to the album page for that picture instead of just the image itself. I guess it's just a matter of preference whichever way you want to do it.

Example:

Will display like this:



On a side note, URL images will always fail for people who have forum images turned off. They will only be linked to the thumbnail image. For people with images turned off, the above code would only display this:

..so it's good to also include text in your link as well, so those people still have a link to the larger picture (like I did in my sig).

PS Luna- Just an FYI.. You might want to add some text in your links as well because even your method is broken for people with images turned off. They just show this:

And now I'm curious if anybody in the Horde, or people who view our threads even have images turned off anyway. lol
