Claws/WP Build.

So I've been playing for a little bit now and I'm kind of curious what a good Claws/WP build would look like. I'm loving my scrapper but I'm just curious what I should be shooting for at 50. I'm of course aiming for being useful in both groups and soloing situations if that helps.

I made Homeslicer, my fastest 50, who's a claws/WP scrapper.

The WP is just so nice... protective, healing, more damage, makin' them miss, all kinds of stuff. Great secondary, love it.

Slotting claws not so much for power as to end reduce, plus having a LOT of offensive powers to chain up, makes for a quick work of +2 and even +3 mobs of 8 or more. Two bosses of +2? No problems. Sure you give up a little offensive power, but WP helps mitigate that, and with an endless supply and good protection... so it takes 2 seconds longer to take the guy out, so? You can keep going, like the Energizer Bunny.

Homeslicer was and is a great soloist, and also a great teamer, I think. Dude can run mobs by himself, and if he's on a team, he's almost a tank, with WP taunting them, affecting the enemies, just keeps going in, even if you're not ready, and if not... well, they're goin' down anyway, so no worries.

Funnest character I have, I use him to test AE arcs now, he's damn near unstoppable.

/he can be stopped... but it's not easy.

I know nothing about Claws as I have not made a claws scrapper yet, but I plan on making a claws/WP Brute when I-16 goes live. So I have been playing around with Mids alot looking at how I want to build my next alt. I also have a level 50 FM/WP scrapper, so I know how Willpower handles. My 50 WP scrapper was a beast, I had no problems leveling him up, and mainly solo'd hazard zones spawns by rushing in and letting RttC fill up and hitting fire sword cirlce over and over (Pre AE leveling at it's finest). My health and endurance bars hardly ever moved but I'd keep a couple big greens and blues around just in case.

At any rate, this is what I hope to do on the upcoming claws/WP brute. I'm pretty happy with the build and somehow managed to softcap typed defenses to make him even more unkillable. This build gets you to 46.1% S/L, 40.5% F/C and 45.2% defense to E/N while still holding a 52.6% resistance to S/L. That may be a bit of overkill in the defense department, but I think layered with the regen and resists should make a very sturdy scrapper.

Thanks for the build. That really helped me to see what I need to work on as I level.

I'd love more opinions on the build and stuff. The enhancements are really handy to see cause it helps me to know which I'll need later on.
