Fire/kin/psi build?
Is it a farming toon?
Let me assure you Psi tornado neither looks or is awesome.
Tornado has a slightly larger radius and a tiny bit more damage than Fissure... except it doesn't stun and takes 8 seconds longer base to recharge. I'd stick with Stone, unless it's for concept reasons.
QR
Softcapped Defense far outweighs resistance. Stick with Stone.
Ditto Vermain points as well
Unless you are going for perma mez protection (which pretty much just involves a lot of +rech) stick with Fire/Kin/Stone.
Psi nado is slow as ever to activate.
Well tbh I would go for fire for the pure win dmg... I've been running around with fire/kins since i5 and have 3 at 50 to date and i've tried everything including ice 0.o
But if you want a build I have a build on mids that I shall post up for ya... It's kinda expensive but I suppose it's worth it obviously with the market today if you can't afford it just switch the purples to other high lvl +recharge sets...
NOTE: This build wasn't made for the damn AE farms, it's made for the old school BM/demon farm, (Can we call them old school these days? :P)
All the sets are going for recharge while still being pure win...

@Psycho Jas
as said above, stick with stone...
Fire and Psi are both a little squishier than Stone, but They farm faster, while I can agree that Psionic Tornado has a long activation time, it's solid. Fire on the other hand is fast. I can solo 52 bosses with both my Psi and Fire epic Fire/kins.
I have also tried every epic for my f/k. And Ice isn't the worst, it can work very well when on a team for 54 bosses. Whereas PFM is kind of weak in any situation even though it's funny to raise some eyebrows...

Yeah I have 3, 2 slotted one for the lulz.
And the last part of my previous post, was phrased quite poorly I'm afraid, the part about Ice working was more a theory, some of those 54 boss farms are slow enough to make Ice Storm seem viable. And the 3rd f/k I mentioned that is for the lulz, has PFM, it's on my 3rd account that I'm getting rid of, so I figured what the hey. And yes it sucks, but it's funny to get teams raging about it. I was also incorrect, about the "Ice is not the worst".
Better ? (:

Nah I've looked for things Ice epic might be good for on a kin, over my playtime, just as a fun little personal challenge, and while enough people have been helpful enough to tell me it's crap and I'm wasting my time, I've still had my fun.
And a 54 boss farm seemed the only possible option so far...SO yeah it was for lulz ^^
I have got to stop posting so late at night lol...
Ive been thinking about respeccing my fire/kin/stone into /psi because Psi-nado looks so awesome. i have a softcapped S/L build so its probably going to take some money and change the focus from def to res, but is such a build more effecient than /stone? my search fu was weak and i couldnt find any previous topics about this so if you have a build and could post it i would greatly appreciate it.
