Not worth the time imo.
Kin got nerfed royally cause the appeal to it was...Unsuppressed movement. Since kin has no more US movement the big draw is kinda gone.
With slows being nerfed as well, Siphon Speed is probably useless, save for the +Rech it gives you.
I'd just rerolly into elec/therm if you wanna drain.

No, sadly. Sirens level is 30, right? The END Drain powers and debuffs come at level 35 and 38. I would suggest Sonic/Pain or Sonic/Rad for Sirens. Radiations key powers are early in the set.

I saw some youtube videos of this defender owning. It killed a stone brute, ice/cold, scrappers... and all that. Im not sure what issue this video was recorded in. Did they get nerfed? At any rate, are they still good? If so what powers would I skip and keep. Or was this guy just IO'ed out?
