Popping open a new tab on my browser, pccwbtn.net forwards to the website http://www.pccwglobal.com - this has nothing to do with NCsoft, the City servers, or your computer. There is a lot of internet between your computer and the game, and all of your information has to travel through all of that internet to get between the two. If something is going wrong anywhere along the line that your data travels, your game will suffer.

Noyjitat, you really have little idea how to interpret a Traceroute yet you start a 'FIX THE SERVERS NAO!' thread.
Read through this following link to get an idea of just how much you are missing.

Has to be something between your area and where the server is located being screwed up.
Having same issue with Pinnacle (its on the east coast). I can log in to almost all the servers except that one (I am in Chi)

The server status is showing me half the servers are down, but I can access all of them with no issue. (I live in the Boston area)
Half the Servers are down AGAIN !!!
This is exactly why I hate being at the mercy of online servers for my games....

I've been unable to enjoy the game since a few days before double xp. Netgraph. shows tons of red lines.... It's not my isp:

I had my buddy in michigan run this test as well and hes getting the same "request timed out" spam in his area.
