How does this look? The build has always caught my eye, so I've decided to level one up. Any advice would be appreciated.

First thing I noticed was Follow Up. You took that WAY too late if you plan to use this build up until that point. If it's going to be something you respec back into once you're 50, I guess that'd be fine if you don't plan on exemping down for lower level TF's too often.

In both Evasion and Weave, you've hit the cap for the HP set bonus. If you wanted, you could slot the Serendipity set for a little extra regen and about 3/4 the HP boost the LotG set gives. Nice thing about them is that they're dirt cheap.

I would get rid of Eviscerate. That is Claw's downfall. It's got such a long animation, you can fit a Slash and Focus in before Eviscerate would end, and the two attacks yield higher DPS than one activation of Eviscerate. I'd pick up Spin, or leave Eviscerate, if you really want it, and slot the Obliteration set in either one. That way you can get rid of one of your Kinetic combat sets and focus on another bonus. If you slot the Absolute Amazement set in Boxing. Compared to most purples, it's pretty inexpensive, and you can get some nice extra recharge out of your build. But I don't know how you feel about Purple sets, so if you want to avoid that, I'd

Also, I'd drop Confront. You're (hopefully) using it as an IO mule, but it's not necessary. I'd take a slot and put it in either CJ and SJ, and slot the last of the Blessing of the Zephyr set in it. Gives you more AoE bonus than Perfect Zinger does, and doesn't require 6 slots, so you can have a bit of margin in your soft-cap for AoE.

And with the margin you already have in your ranged and melee defense, I'd take a couple of slots out of your toggles or auto powers and slot the LotG global recharges in. The Def/End/Rech ones would be my choice, as you lose less end redux that way. But again, I don't know how much you wanted to spend on it.

Other than that, I think it's a pretty solid build! Now, I don't have mine fully built yet, but your build has numbers that are pretty similar to how I'm building mine.

It doesn't look too bad. Definitely not hyper-optimized but should be a decent enough performer. I'd be worried about how the build exemps since you've delayed most of your attacks until late in the build and also how endurance sustainable it is (2.24 end/sec net gain before attacking, which, assuming the use of a decent attack string, will probably burn ~3+ end/sec depending on attack string). There's definitely a bit of optimization that it could be put through to get better returns out of more powers.

If you want to see more discussion on the topic of Claws/SR IO builds, there's this thread on the exact same page that deals with the exact same issue. While I realize you're trying to get people to look at your build, please try not to clog up the forum with functionally duplicate topics.

I'd want more acc in Follow up and a kismet +acc somewhere.

He will honor his words; he will definitely carry out his actions. What he promises he will fulfill.
