If you don't get a response here, try posting this on the Tech & Bugs forum. The people who answer questions there are generally very knowledgeable about tech/spec issues. Many of them answer questions here too, but the majority of the questions in this section are game-related, not tech related.

While I can't say for specifc cards, it is a resonably well documented fact that CoX doesn't like ATI cards.
The 4xxx series cards still suffer from the same issues that ATI cards have had with the game for quite a while. I just turned off water effects since I found I didn't miss them that much, but the bug with the enhancement screen really bothers me. I'm hoping it's fixed in the updated Win7 drivers since I'll be putting that on my machine this weekend (maybe!?) but I'm not putting any money on it.

Do the current gen 4xxx graphics cards from ATI still suffer from rendering funny and kind of being out of whack with CoH? I seem to keep bumping into having to configure things six ways to sunday for ATI cards.
