I have no experience with /Cold/ but IMO Shockwave isn't a great choice. It is knockBACK despite what the power info says, and carries no -res debuff.

I rolled a Corruptor, thought it might be fun. I tried Sonic/Cold, two sets I have ZERO experience with. I'm looking for some power choice advice. Should I take the two ice shields over Snow Storm at first? Or should I hold off on Snow Storm? Is Shockwave worthwhile? Some general strategy and build advice would be greatly appreciated as well.
