Wait until the end of the day/tomorrow. The reward should still add today, but not until the time of day you originally subscribed (YMMV). If it's not there by tomorrow, you'll have more to stand on when you send your report, but more than likely, you'll have it soon. Also, try relogging once in a while. Sometimes it wont reward to your character while it's idly logged on.
Send a petition in game to customer support and they should get it fixed quick.

I had a slightly different issue. The Account Management Screen stated my 12 month Vet reward would be issued 08/10/2009. I didn't have any problem with that. Sunday evening, around 5-6 pm Pacific time, I had to log out of the game so the wireless router could be reset. When I logged back in, I was awarded my 12 month Vet rewards. The only thing I could think of was they may use Midnight Greenwich Mean Time to issue the reward and I had to log in after that time to receive my reward?
I was suppose to get my 9 month vet reward today as per my main account page says so yet nothing. I have heard about this happening to others but who would I contact to get this sorted out?
