I'm very hazy on the PS crash, i havent played /ela in a while, Hibernate DOES have an end cost, does power surge have a -recovery like elude in addition to the -end and -hp? if so then hibernate won't work
Yes its an unstoppable style crash, crud! I was really hoping the crash wouldn't knock you out of it if you used it right before your time was up. Oh well, I can still use it with a blue to recoup.

no i've tried that trick in RV. If your tier 9 crashes while your in hibernate, it will drop hibernate since hibernate does require end to run. The only real way to hibernate after a crash is to pop a blue, then activating hibernate
I have a Ninja/Elec stalker thats sitting at 34 currently come I16 i'll probably give him alot more attention because of the addition of Energize. My question is as follows; If i activate hibernate just before Power Surge crashes does that interrupt hibernate?
If it doesn't I think it would be a great tactic to deal with the -hp -end crash.
