My account info will not work.

Go to NCSoft Support and open a ticket.
The new forums use your game login and password. If you can log into the forums than you can log into the game, they are the same. If you look in USER CP, and click on Edit Email & Password you will see that the option to edit the password takes you right to PlayNC Account Management. Go ahead and click on it, when you get to the login page is your account name and password already filled out? If so than anyone with access to you computer can change your account settings and passwords.

Alright after I posted this I found that I could open a support ticket without having to log into my master account, I provided the information needed and they have helped me get both my passwords reset.
But no one that uses my computer would change my info, not out of trust just, they wouldn't be capable, plus would care less.. But I do have it how my passwords are automatically filled in.
I have tried to log into the game, Caps Lock is not a factor, I also tried logging into the master account and the info will not work. For some reason I can still log in on the forums but it's not letting me log into anything else so I can get into the game or change my info. Any help please?
Alright, I can't log into the game. I can not log into my master account, and my security questions have been changed.
