Pool B - mission completion drops.
You can't get any with merits, only silver rolls level 10-14 or 15-19.

If you are not adverse to running flashbacks, I find thats a great way of getting low level Pool B drops.
Wincott is my favorite to run a few times.

Not sure numi, but i tried this and ran it a few times on a 50, and i did indeed get an achilles proc.

Once the recipe is determined it then drops at your level, or the maximum level of the recipe.
I have got a lot of the 10-20 Pool B recipes over time by this method.
Of course it helped for a while there were a couple of arcs that dropped pool B 100% of the time on completion (instead of the 10%).
Flash-backing is especially efficient as you get 2 chances for a Pool B for the door missions completion, one 'normal' and one tied to the bonus inf/prestige.
