You'll want practiced brawler next, then start working your way to stamina.
Attack wise, I love Cobra Strike, but some dont. The only skippable attack is probably Crippling Axe Kick, and the only "maybe" skippable secondary power is Elude, but only if you intend on soft capping defense w/o it.
I have a soft capped MA/SR build, but I still took elude at 49.

i'm working on one now. softcap'd without elude and stealth on (which are both in the build). it's interesting cause the set in elude gives the def bonus to hit cap.

Hey all, thank you for reading this, i have never played a MA Scrap past lvl 12 ..im giving it another chance now. this time i have made a MA/SR Scrapper. I Am going to be teamed most of the time, this guy is made for a trio. Hes level like 9-10 Now..im going to have a ice/ice blaster and a kin/rad def all the time at myside, how should i build this char?
