One shard (I believe at the time it was Pocket D on Champion) was set to Pacific Time and the other shards I tested ( Talos, Skyway, IP) were on UT (aka GMT).
I sent in a petition and included the /servertime for the affected zones.

I've had it happen a few times in the past week, never involving Pocket D. It's never gone away. It just gets really bad sometimes, and then they 'fix' it, so it only happens occasionally.
