For security purposes you can only make one store purchase per day (per credit card I think).
You just need to wait 24 hours from the time you purchased the first booster pack and then you can purchase the second.
It's annoying...I know...but it is what it is.
What an idiotic idea. It's not like it makes any difference to fraud, it just makes it harder for people to spend money.
But now I know I can use PayPal instead...

Honestly it makes more sense when you consider you can purchase game codes from the store too. So say you're a person interested in selling influence/infamy. You don't want to pay for your account as that eats into profits and it'll probably get banned anyway. So you steal somebody's credit card number.
Prior to this feature you could just hammer away and sign up for many, many, many accounts using the same stolen credit card. But with the current system, you're limited to one account per 24 hours.
It cuts down somewhat on the liability of NCSoft when, inevitably, the credit card companies stop payment on that purchase and it cuts down somewhat on the number of RMT accounts that make it through into the game.
I think its a spending limit you set, not a purchase limit. Go into your settings and change your purchase limit (I think it defaults to $25) and make it higher.

I'd also recommend buying the AE box version and then taking the science pack, rather than buying the science pack alone.
From personal experience, I know I have done multiple purchases on the same day.
Yeah there's not a limit on the *number* of purchases you can make. I recently bought 3 booster packs in one sitting.

Support told someone that there is a random element to it (and that it is indeed a fraud-prevention measure).
There is ALSO a daily dollar limit, which you can addjust within a certain range. It's relatively high, though. (I believe the default is $100.)

Just (about an hour or more ago) bought the Mac Pack to give myself the Valkyrie costume. Now I want to add the Super Booster III pack. But I just keep being told to try later.
How much later do I need to wait?
And why is there not an option to add many packs to my basket to buy more than one thing at once?
