Well. I can't say a lot about tank sets but sure we need a few more IO sets.
This is my wishlist then 
How about purple set for sniping?
PBAOE set with damage AND endumodification.
Targeted AOE with interrupt time
Prunejuice is warriors drink.
For some reason the current IO sets are really stingy with Res bonuses, but make it real easy to softcap. I really don't see why, especially since there's no such thing as positional resistance.

Purple sets I think we actually need:
Heal
Defense
Resistance
I have recently been planning out some tanking builds for tankers and brutes and was having a tough time getting any appreciable resistance bonuses. Many of the bonuses are matched to odd sets or in the 6th tier making it difficult to obtain. I would like to see more of these bonuses in the defense / resistance type IO sets. Two reasons really. First, for an armored type you would have a better chance to build in some extra protection if they were in sets that are more in line with the power you will have. Second, to avoid giving the squishies too much more free armor for PVP builds. They got enough free armor I13 thank you.
